SplitNest users can request deletion of their account and related data.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your SplitNest account and related data, please email support@letshine.net.

Suggested email subject: SplitNest Account Deletion Request

Information to Include

Please include the following information in your deletion request email:

  1. Room name or Cloud Room ID
  2. Member name used in the app
  3. Information that can help verify your identity
  4. The scope of data you request to delete

Processing

After we receive your request, we will review and process it within a reasonable time.

After deletion, related room data, member data, expense records, and settlement records may not be recoverable.

If we need to retain certain records for legal, security, anti-fraud, accounting, or billing reasons, we may retain the necessary records as required or permitted by law.
